I had major issues with this place because for one they weren't able to explain why there was so much product coming out of the needle and my face. when I asked they told me they put six extra units of Botox in the needle that's why it was all seeping out. I said well I didn't know they put extra units in there for leakage. Then I thought about it and the more and more I thought about it I said well that doesn't make sense so I gave them a call. She told me that I was difficult and to not come back. Reason being was because I said if there's six extra units going in the needle why can't I see it the next time I come in and I won't have any problem and she says you can't. All I asked for was to see the extra units put in the needle so that way I knew what I was paying for was going in my face.the fact that they wouldn't do that makes me believe they're shorting everybody or watering it down and not giving you what you pay for. Bad Business practice they should be ashamed.
The woman who has done my facials is very friendly and professional, and the service itself is good, but other staff members I have interacted with are incredibly rude and condescending, especially the woman with whom I’ve interacted with over the phone. I get the sense that there is a superiority complex at the root of this issue. And what I mean by this is that there is a certain clientele that they’re looking for to buy their services. So if you don’t fit the target demographic, I don’t see yourself being treated with respect.
I loved my experience! A very clean facility and super friendly people. Just got a facial with Jazmin and it was the best facial I have had to date. I will definitely be back, highly recommended.
Jazmin was AMAZING! She is so knowledgeable and kind! By far the best facial I’ve ever had. Prices are so affordable and the membership is so worth it. Beautiful location and very clean. They take your temperature before your appointment. The products that use are fabulous. I can’t wait for my next appointment!
absolutely LOVE everyone at the Solon location. they are always extremely helpful and friendly. i see Alex and she is the sweetest person with so much knowledge of skincare, acne control, etc. i look forward to our appointments every month!
