I haven't been to the Twinsburg location. However I have used the downtown location in the last couple of months. I recently gave the CLE gym a 2 star rating (it deserves only that). I then responded to an email from the owner in which I gave him some constructive feedback (it was needed - lot of maintenance issues there). Well, I guess he didn't appreciate my efforts as he has canceled my membership. Do yourself a favor and find another gym where the owner cares about its members, tries to address concerns and appreciates member feedback.
Just got my membership recently, the gym its self is very spacious, more than enough equipment. Only downside is that over 75% equipment is rusted and very outdated. Seats are torn, weights are rusted, that is the only downside.
My favorite gym in the area. It's so nice to have a dedicated area with deadlift platforms and jacks. I wish it were closer, as Twinsburg is a bit of a haul for me.

My husband and I went to work out recently since having a membership from May. We were disappointed to see there are NO protocols in place to protect the patrons and employees during this pandemic. There is no signage, no masks being worn by anyone. Two employees in the gym had no masks as well. There were not any spray disinfectant along work out stations to clean any machines. It is unfortunate that a company can avoid any state or health department regulations to keep the community safe. I had gone to the front desk to ask reporting information and employee Joshua indicated he did not have any way of getting in touch with his boss/owner, Matt Motil. He was unprofessional and really represented the company poorly. We will not go to the gym and request membership money back.
