They lost my brand name pants, my wife’s pants and shirts, they gave me the wrong items and when I told her that these are not my clothes, she was telling me that no !!! These are yours!!!!nOne more times 2 of my shirts had broken buttons.nI strongly don’t recommend this place

I'm a first time customer and I couldn't be happier with the wonderful and professional customer service, timeliness of service delivery and amazing outcome of my clothes. I dropped off 10 very pilled cashmere sweaters, a wool dress and long cable cashmere skirt. They came back to me looking as like they were brand new!!! And I received an apology because she'd found a couple of small holes which she didn't have time to mend, but promised to do the next time! OMG!! What??!!! Really??? Never have I ever received such wonderful service! I will never go anywhere else! Bring in your items and know they'll get the best care there is!
