I like kim and her husband. They are very nice and do a good job with my laundry. Things are getting slow there and I encourage her to go to the people during this pandemic
Tailor Kim did a fantastic job altering my gown for my son's wedding in October. It was a difficult job because there were multiple skirts to hem and I was between sizes. I really appreciated her expertise, patience and kindness in getting the job done perfectly and on time! Thank you from the bottom of my heart . I recommend her highly. Happy New Year!
Kim did a wonderful job on cutting down a blazer that was too big for me. She also cut off the bottom layer of a dress that was too long and added sleeves with fabric I bought to match the top. Both looked great and fit perfectly.
I only have glowing things to say about Kim. I just returned from asking her to remove some splattered ink, 'print or paint from a museium tote bag I received as a gift. She is going to ask a technician about it. She never gives up on trying to help. I showed her then a zipper that wasn't working and she fixed it without charging me. She is generous, competent and the cleaning she does is impeccable! Thank you Kim.
I have used Kim countless times for all my tailoring needs and she nails it every time! I will continue to go back and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for help getting their clothes to fit just right!
