My family has been using Fast Park as our preferred service for about 5 years now. The staff is always so friendly, and we are never stuck waiting on a shuttle. The price is also most reasonable when comparing its competitors! Its never a congested ride, and has always been timely for us- even with new COVID implications- we will continue to utilize their service for the years to come!
Fast Park pulled a fast one on me - totally kicked me to the curb. I was forced to park under a non-roof area today because I didn’t have a reservation. Since when do we need reservations there? Not only that, but they left me in the overflow lot without picking me up. I had to call multiple times for them to send someone over. Worse yet, they aren’t compensating me anything for parking outside during a snowstorm, or offering a discount. I have to pay the same rate as people parking under shelter. The LEAST they could do is give me some free days. I have parked with them for years. Disappointing.
Covered Parking. Fast and courteous shuttle service. I also like it that there is always an employee at the entrance and exit booth. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Sign up for the rewards program!

Best covered parking at CLE. The only place we park when traveling. I feel safe at all hours of the day when picked up or dropped off by Fast Park CLE. The bus driver always waits until you start and enter your car before pulling off in the winter to ensure you don’t have car issues. Credit card only but the gate attendants are always accommodating when the stay is split.
