We entered the store and were greeted with prompt service, a knowledgeable salesperson, who asked us a few questions and took us almost directly to what we ended up choosing for our wall to wall carpet choice. Rather than be in a hurry to close the sale, he insisted to send us on our way with a couple of samples so we could evaluate them in the actual room. Real collaborative selling. The quality of the products they had was superior, and were reasonably priced for what they are. I have not finished the sales and installation process with them yet, but I suspect it will all end well.
Post Road carpet did a fabulous job!!! Great communication they kept me apprised of all dates for installing wall to wall as well a 2 carpets being delivered. The young men that delivered and placed the carpets were excellent. Moved a sofa and even vacuumednThanks Bill I highly recommend!!!
Easy process and love outcome. I had purchased a rug for my 'gym' at Post Road last year so knew of them. Joanne came and measured space for my three sets of stairs and landing on my second floor. Easy. I picked out 20 options with her help and brought them home with me (laid them out) and my family decided on best. A week or so later installation happened with ease. I love it. Price was reasonable, people friendly and helpful and great outcome. Thanks!

Used Post Road Carpet for a stair runner. Very happy with their service all round. Friendly and polite staff. Once we selected our carpet it was in in a week. Installed in an hour and a half and we are very pleased with the results! Would definitely recommend this company.
