Had issues with yellow jackets in the home. After many stressful days of killing the ones we found inside the house we called Acton Pest Control. I spoke with Jack who was patient and accommodating in getting us an appointment quickly. Chris preformed the service and took the time to explain how they are getting into the home and build the hive. He put our fears to rest about the extent of the colony. He is knowledgeable and offered guidance on how to combat the remaining stragglers after he treated the nest. We absolutely love Acton Pest Control and will call them again for any future needs.

Great family run business. They've taken care of two yellow jacket nests at my house. They were prompt and I thought the price was very fair. There were still a few remaining wasps in the nest on the back of my house, but Chris came out and resprayed at no cost. Everyone involved in this business is extremely friendly and they have a lot of knowledge to share. Will use them for any future needs and highly recommend if you have any pest issues.

I discovered a large wasps nest on the side of our house on a Sunday. I immediately called Acton Pest Control on Monday to have them come out to treat the nest. I had a friendl9y conversation with Jack and was told that they can't come out till the end of the week, to my surprise Chris came to our house earlier then expected on Wednesday, which was a bonus. Chris was very professional and had great knowledge about the wasps nest. He gave us great tips on wasps and how to stay safe from them after treatment. Thank you Acton Pest Control for great customer service.

Recently, we noticed that we were having some mice issues at our house. I reached out to Acton Pest Control, left a voicemail on a Saturday, and Chris called me back a few hours later. He walked me through the process and gave me a quote, which was true to what we paid at the end of the service.nnWhen he came home, he did a thorough inspection, treated the house, identified access points to the house, and he also abided by health protocols. After the inspection, he provided me with a thorough explanation of what the treatment entailed.nnWe will be sure to contact Acton Peat Control next year when we are due for another treatment!

I called Acton Pest Control and they showed up the next day to treat my wasp nests around my house. I am so impressed with their friendly customer service, their quick response, and their knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend them.
