We have been members for several years. The owner Eric will work with you to personalize a workout/fitness program. He can help you with nutrition programs as well. Members are awesome and non judgemental...we all want to get healthy together. There are opportunities for group classes as well. You are going to love this gym.
I’ve worked out at a lot of gyms, and Pulse is one of the best! It’s a full service gym offering classes, personal training, and any and all equipment that you could ask for. Not only that, but it’s truly a place you can come to where you’ll feel like family. There’s no judgement once you walk through that door. I see all types of people from beginner to seasoned gym rat on the daily, and everyone is welcoming and encouraging. Pulse is diverse and inclusive, with everything you need to succeed! Plus, the owner Eric is an absolute joy to work with!
