My contract was supposed to be up in January but they extended it because they were shut down for Covid. I sent a text asking to please not be charged for the time they were shut down and to be out of my contract. I do not want an extension during a pandemic. They stopped texting me and won’t respond. I tried to call and the voicemail is full. Very unprofessional. I know that they have done this for some because people have told me. I feel like they keep not responding to me just to keep getting our automatic payments until our contract is up in May. TERRIBLE!!
warranties. Place constantly sends txt and wont let you get out of paying for membership even when covid restrictions are in place .
Good place, friendly staff. Pretty good equipment
Ashley was incredible and took great care of us. She was kind and hospitable and the gym is super clean with new and updated equipment. If you’re looking for a good 24 hour gym in the area, this is it! Ideal gym experience.
Really impressed with this location. I’ve been to a lot of locations and this one is great. Very clean and the perfect balance of equipment and space
