After ordering online with a local place for a funeral service which called me and said they couldn't do it because they didn't have the flowers, I asked for substitutions and she said they were just too busy. Very frazzled florist. At the advice of a friend I called the Flower Pot. So glad I did. Kathy was more than accommodating to my needs. After a few minutes I felt like I was talking to a family member. Kathy took the time to go over options since there were variables I couldn't answer. Once we decided what was best for this situation, she texted a picture of the flowers she would be using to be sure I would like them. They are now my go to florist and I would definitely recommend them.
I ordered a funeral spray yesterday (7/27/20) for s service today. The girl who helped me over the phone was very pleasant, told me exactly what they had to substitute and made sure we were okay with the changes along with being very helpful with our card demands. I even called and made an adjustment with no problem at all and a very pleasant response. The arrangement was beautiful, we were 100% pleased under such a sad circumstance. Thank you!
I received the most beautiful arrangement as a gift and two days later the flowers just keep getting prettier. The quality and the variety of the flowers is incredible and i would recommend to anyone looking for a stunning arrangement.

Excellent service and gorgeous flowers. I literally NEVER write reviews but this one is totally necessary. Ordering flowers online is never a pleasant experience. You pay too much and the quality is never there. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the outcome. I ordered a basket and when the flowers I requested were not available, I was offered a beautiful substitution that exceeded my expectations. Thank you for great service and a beautiful arrangement. Definitely recommend it.
