I live far away from my elderly mother and Hawes worked with me to set up monthly flower deliveries. Melissa puts beautiful and creative arrangements together for my artist mom and personally delivers them each month. They are always fresh and last a long time which makes Mom so happy.since she can’t garden like she used to.

I went to get Flowers at Hawes Florist as I always do when I want something really special! My Daughter and Son-in-law just had their first Baby, and my first Grandchild! Their 5th Wedding Anniversary is tomorrow as well . I needed a bouquet to reflect these two special Days ,so I went in and talked to Melissa and told her what I needed , Well when I returned a hour later to pick it up I was BLOWN AWAY!!! Not only did she somehow see a picture of the most BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT DISPLAY OF FLOWERS For these two Special occasions in my head , but went well beyond that!!!! And the price was incredibly reasonable and WELL in my budget!!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! To Melissa and HAWES FLORIST For going above and Beyond my expectations once again!!!!!

I ordered flowers for my niece from the UK - made the mistake of going through Floraqueen who it seem took most of the money (wont do that again!) I spent over $100 and the flowers that were sent were a big disappointment. I phoned the Florist Hawes to complain ..she explained situation and kindly took another bouquet round. These were lovely ..what can I say ..amazing service.

I called yesterday which was very late to get Something pretty to send to my sister for Easter. I wish I could remember the lady’s name that I was speaking with, she helped me so much and was very patient with me trying to find exactly the right arrangement. We ordered it and was done. I was thinking and then called back and added that last Easter Lily that she had. I’m so grateful for the help. My sister sent a picture and they were just beautiful!! Thank you so very much!!nJudi.
