I purchase some 14k gold earrings a year ago, they were on sale for $150.00, well today there is no more gold on them, chipped all away, I went back to the store and the salesman told me, you get what you paid for and we no longer sell them!! I couldn’t believe it, I’ve had gold earrings from Jcpenny’s and less expensive that has lasted me for years! I can’t remember what specific name he said the gold was but said it should have said it when I brought them, which was a lie. It said 14k gold diamond cut, why would anyone purchase $150.00 earrings and know it would only last a year, I will never ever do anymore business with Kay’s, people make sure you read the little print before purchasing!! I’m heated
Parents have purchased jewelry from this store multiple times.nnNever again, the customer service has reached new lows. Treating an 80 year old good customer in such a shoddy manner is rephrehensible.nnI tried calling to speak with a manager, but the phone just rings. Sterling Jewelers needs to clean house.nnWhen spraying chemicals, it is best to avoid customers' eyes and nose. It does not take a genius.

I was going to come in and look for something for my mom but I just seen on facebook that Kays in the Lima Mall is discriminating against people who medically cant wear a mask and refused service. I will go elsewhere.
