I woke vanessa up at 6 am with a phone call on a family member she got right up didn't think twice helped us make arrangements and phone calls and made sure our family member got put to rest the proper way not only the way he deserved but the way he wanted it the showing and grave side was only 6 of us but they still treated us as if we had a normal funeral and was with us every step of the way vanessa and her husband are great and wonderful people who get the job done big or small and no matter the budget and show their love and concern they also followed up with me the week after and that in my book is a very well job done ud83dudc99
I couldn’t have been more pleased with the way Ross-Frash Funeral home took care of my family’s needs during the very difficult time of losing our husband/father/son/grandfather. Vanessa went out of her way to make sure everything was handled as perfectly as possible.
