Friendly and helpful staff. Had a minor but very inconvenient issue with my membership and Caroline resolved it very quickly. Extremely nice and very personable. Great Great Great.
I can’t believe i waited so long to join! I have had multiple gym memberships through my life time and planet fitness blows them all away!! I am very impressed With the quality & quantity of equipment. Very Clean and lots of space !!
Great place to loose weight, beef up, or to get out of the house and take a run without freezing! However, I would recommend getting a membership instead of paying for a day pass which is outrageously expensive. $20 for a 1 day pass. Luckily I had time to get my money's worth with an intense 4 hour workout I would highly recommend Planet Fitness to anyone who wants to get in shape!nI would have given 5 stars if the day pass was cheaper, or if they offered a trial pass since I am from Arizona visiting for a week.
Very chill planet fitness. I like to lift here in the early afternoons. Great selection of equipment.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. As a triple Organ transplant recipient, a liver and two kidneys, I did not feel safe here. They were not following proper protocols in order for me to work out at the facility during the pandemic. People were not wearing masks and I did not feel comfortable working out here with my weakened immune system, during a pandemic. It was a nightmare trying to cancel my membership and they would not return my annual fee, nor part of the monthly fees. Even after their closure during the pandemic. During my membership period, they canceled a couple of my scheduled sessions after I arrived at the facility. They expect you to be flexible, when they're not.
