I like to give positive reviews when they are deserved, and this is one of those times. The couples massage was just what we needed. My fiancé and I enjoyed a very nice professional massage. Massage therapists Ellie and Randy knew exactly what they were doing, followed all Covid 19 safety guidelines and protocols by the book. Temperatures were taken upon entry and masks were worn throughout our massage experience. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. The spa itself was warm, inviting, properly lit, and cozy. A mini waterfall runs and trickles alongside the ambient relaxing sounds of quiet soft music to help clear your mind. The temperature inside was very comfortable, the beds were heated. All linens are changed and surfaces sanitized between clients. They offer many services to their guests, however some of these services aren’t available currently due to Covid regulations. They also offer a membership plan which would be great for local clientele. 10 out of 10 highly recommended!! Will be a returning customer. :)

The owner was so kind and quick to respond to a late night, last minute request for a wrap and massage. He was able to fill the request for the next day with no stress. The spa is set in a beautiful part of the country. I hiked that morning before the session, starting off my day on the right foot. The massage therapist was so kind and walked me through the wrap (which some therapists don't do very well). She was skilled, and I really enjoyed her work. I would definitely go back.

I got the 3 in 1 treatment and it was amazing! Very professional and friendly at the same time. I definitely recommend them for a wonderful spa experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Ash Cave Day Spa! I booked a surprise in-cabin couple's massage for my husband and I while we were visiting Hocking Hills. Randy was very communicative, and he made it easy to get everything set up. I'm also 7 months pregnant, so he worked with me to make sure that I was able to have just as great of a massage experience as my husband. The massages were amazing - very calming and relaxing. And both Randy and his colleague, Brandi, were kind, personable and professional. We'll definitely call them again when we're back in the area.
