delivery of important documents and clothing needed for medical let 4 inches from ground and not at our door--all were wet and destroyed as it was left above concrete by garage door....just horrible,
Never answers phone, you have to call main number and wait on hold over an hour. Carrier (at least my route) is TERRIBLE. Leaves mailboxes open, drops mail on the side of road and just leaves it, and he even sits in his car parked on side of road or in the driveway with mail in hand out the window and blasts on the horn rather than get out to deliver packages! They also won't stop sending previous tenant's mail here (over 4 years gone), and we even get mail for addresses not even close to ours.nnUPDATE: I have now filed two official complaints about this carrier. Both times I was informed that his conduct was unprofessional and against USPS policy. Both times I was told there would be a follow-up call letting me know what actions they had taken. Both times nothing was done, and I received no follow-up calls. He has continued leaving our mailbox open, so rain ruined much of our mail, and we are still receiving mail from addresses not even close to ours, like he got tired of doing his route and just stuffed it in our box. He is also now refusing to put packages on the porch, instead just putting them in the driveway and speeding off without even attempting to deliver them. All I can say is that if this guy is your carrier, good luck.
Constantly delivering our mail to other people in our neighborhood. Leaves our mailbox lid open. Said a package was delivered to front door when wasnt. Have to call an 800 number and on hold for almost an hour.
I was yelled at and called suspicious because I wanted two money orders for $1000.00. The lady was so mean, rude and unprofessional.
This post office is the worst ,,My mail gets lost and sent back on a regular ,, Total incompetent people work at and run this facility.
