I haven't been to a gym in years and was uncertain about going back and working out with a trainer due to multiple disabilities. Tom and the staff go above and beyond to try and help me out. The gym prices are cheaper than most gyms of this quality and the personal trainer is a really great guy. I definitely recommend this place.
