Dr. Tobler and Dr. Nguyen are both very talented surgeons. Their staff always makes you feel welcome and at home… it’s kind of like visiting with good friends. They take time to listen and address all of your concerns and provide the best solutions possible.nDr. tobler has done my Botox on several occasions and it definitely lasts longer when he administers it then with the previous plastic surgeons’ offices I had gone to. Would highly recommend him, Dr. Nguyen and the tri-health cosmetic surgery center!

After a $100 consult, I would not recommend the cosmetic center. Although I emailed and had a prior phone conversation to verify credentials, the Dr had very little experience with this procedure and the appt was not satisfactory. Oddly, during a pandemic, the Drs mask was too big and kept falling down her face. She did not excuse herself and get a new one. In addition, pay attention that their website has few details such as pictures (I was told I would see before-and-afters at the appt but the Dr said they didn’t have patient releases) or procedure information. Clearly there’s a reason for this. I called back and communicated my dissatisfaction to the center. However, no offer to remedy the fee or provide products in return.nnUpdate: I am pleased that there was a follow up call. I provided my feedback and the input was received constructively. In addition, the fee was credited back to me.

Be very careful if you decide to take advantage of their “free consultation”. I did so via a telehealth visit. There was no exam, the surgeon was late to the appointment, and I never received any follow up from office staff as promised. The information given during the consultation was simply a review of fees. I was shocked to receive a bill for $481 for this service. I spoke to the office manager and this issue was supposed to have been resolved by Trihealth adjusting my balance to zero for this consultation as advertised. I just found out through Trihealth billing that they are still trying to charge me $146. What a scam!

I went there for a laser treatment on my sun damaged skin last month and was blown away by how nice the place was. Dr. Binh Nguyen sat down with me and explained the whole procedure to me. He was very thorough and didn’t miss one sun spot on my face! He put me at ease with his gentle, calm words. I will definitely be back for other treatments for sure! I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen! He is the best!
