My treatment at Face Forward was amazing! The staff was friendly and attentive. Took cleanliness precautions as well. Tamara did a wonderful job with my consultation and treatment. She did exactly what I wanted and recommended other treatments for me as well. I have all the confidence in the world in this office and plan on returning for other treatments soon! This place is very clean and professional. I enjoy all of the treatments that I have received thus far! I look forward to more in the future. Staff is very knowledgeable and answers all questions before, during, and after all treatments!

Micro needling service a waste of time and money. The first treatment was good - my skin took a few days to heal. The second treatment was nothing. Barely pink afterwards and actually skipped spots. The next morning my skin looked like nothing had been done. Very disappointed.

I have been getting Botox & Juvederm for about 2 years now. I decided to try Face Forward while in Cincy visiting my mother. I was supposed to get a whole syringe of Juvederm (in my lips) & so many units of Botox.nnI say supposed to get a whole syringe because the fullness lasted maybe a week & then was gone.! NO WAY DID SHE USE AN ENTIRE UNIT.!!nAlso they way the administer it is totally different.!nThey fill up about 20 what looks like insulin syringes (never was it done like this before) I asked why so many syringes because my regular plastic surgeon uses 1 syringe, goes in through the corners of your mouth.! She replied oh we can’t do it that way.! Hmmmm...?? Made me wonder why, are they not trained or licensed...??nI went ahead & went with it & there’s CLEARLY A DIFFERENCE in the outcome.nnNow on to the Botox. It did last longer than the Juvederm but she had my eyelid drooping.!nI got it all fixed by my regular lady but DEF learned my lesson with Face Forward.!nnBEWARE OF THE PRODUCTS, ask to see the expiration date & ask for licensing.!nnI do NOT BELIEVE ALL OF THESE LADIES ARE QUALIFIED & the quality of products they use is POOR!!!!nn1000 DOWN THE DRAIN at Face Forward & another 1300 to correct their mistakes.!!!
