Not a place I would want to live. Not kid friendly, not many amenities, but lots and lots of rules. Also many lots were flooded on my multiple visits trying to decide on where to buy and no clear plan on how to fix the floods.

They won't help me after I bought a trailer from them and it needs leveled bad my walls are separating from the ceiling

It could be a beautiful park, with great amenities, if they would do something about the drainage and flooded yards every time it rained.

The place was pretty clean but there was a lot of empty trailors the park has a pool and a playground, the park was having a funtion in the club house. They was planning bingo . I didn't have any interaction with the manager but the work crew was bussing around in the golf cart.

Super nice park. Staff is great.
