Gettysburg Estates

The pictures on the website are deceiving. All trees were removed from the property. It no longer has cosmetic appeal. Some trailers have multiple families (10 people) living in one home but the property manager can’t be bothered to look into it. It causes overcrowded parking that looks awful and people who haven’t been background checked living there. Price is at least double what it used to be before the new owners took over. 110k for a mobile home is not acceptable, especially at this dump of a property. Look literally anywhere else for a home.

We had an awesome day serving Italian ice at Gettysburg Estates community, the management team did a fantastic job organizing the residents pool party! The food was great! The choices were great! Fairly easy to navigate as compared to other mobile jome parks. Well maintained as well.

Lot rent is extremely high. Management does not enforce the rules (or at least not with everyone). It used to look like a Mobile Home Community. But now that they have CHOPPED DOWN ALL THE TREES ~ it looks like a trailer park. I wish I could move, but since I bought my trailer 10 years ago and still owe basically the original amount (because their sister company that financed it charges high interest and I can't afford a larger payment) --- I am stuck. Hate this place.
