LORI and I set out to look to purchase a diamond somewhere close to Indian Hill Hyde Park Montgomery blue Ash Deer Park Harper's Point etc I always look for a local family-owned business found one, this one dates back to 1899 Heileman & Company, was looking for a clean loose stone most of the time you get a better price that way and I found it, it was a VV Rated Diamond grade, looked all over town for weeks and this was the best price I could find, Heileman & Company, had loose one in stock and they are even highly recommended by insurance companies/my wife LORI had a family ring most jewelry companies wanted to just sell us a new one. Rachel the owner's daughter said let me check, this older grey-haired gentleman came out looked over the setting explained what it would take to make it safe to hold the center diamond and side Diamonds theynGave an outstanding price like 100.00 to two 200.00 dollars I am assuming because we purchased the Diamond from them, just 5 minutes before, back to the ring and the setting, Heileman & Company, said maybe in 2 weeks the ring could be made perfect again, they did say to us taking apart some else work could cost more, Lori and I were speechless when called for us to come in, it looked better than before even new, what a place of true world craftsmanship very finest, everyone else said they couldn't fix and fit it or wanted 500.00 or more, we offered to pay more money they nicely declined/refused. We wanted to keep that setting and they made it happen for under 200 dollars who knew!

I have been a customer of Heileman for 21 years. My first pair of diamond earrings was purchased here 21 years ago. They are still as beautiful as ever! In 2009, when my now husband was ready to get engaged, there was nowhere else I wanted to go for my ring. We picked out a setting and had a family diamond set as the center stone. My husband and I also picked out our wedding bands here. There is not a day that goes by where I don't look down at my rings and think about how much I love them. I am not exaggerating when I say that I get compliments on my rings at least once a week. I go in for regular cleanings and it's insane how much my diamonds sparkle! I recently had to get my wedding band/engagement ring resized. This was an extremely easy process! This past August, I got an anniversary band from my husband. Heileman did an EXCELLENT job making it the exact replica of my wedding band (because they no longer carry the original style). Every encounter I have had with the staff (which is all of them over the years) has been very pleasant. They are all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend Heileman to anyone who is looking for high quality, beautiful jewelry.

I brought a ring to be resized (I did not purchase the ring from Heileman). The staff quoted a price for me when I dropped it off. Several days later when I arrived to pick up the ring, I was charged a higher price. The staff explained that they needed to use a different process/machine to do the resizing because of the type of ring, and that is why the price was higher. I asked that they honor the original price and they refused.

Bernadette was absolutely wonderful to work with. My husband wanted to have my wedding ring reset for our anniversary. Bernadette seemed to understand exactly what I expressed I was looking for. The finished product exceeded our expectations. They even repaired and dipped another ring, changing it to a white gold color for us. We will use them for all of our fine jewelry needs in the future.
