We had a great experience at Welling and Co. Jewelers. We wanted to redo my engagement and wedding ring, combining it with rings from my mom. We went to see Bill and he showed us some styles to give us some ideas. We decided on a style and then let Dan design the rest. Never thought that the transformation of the original ring would turn out to be so beautiful. I love how I can still see my original engagement ring in the new design surrounded by the diamonds from my mom's rings. Simply beautiful!! Would highly recommend this family-owned business.nIt is truly unique and special. Thank you, Bill, Dan and the whole staff.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! I had the honor of accompanying my future son-in-law to choose a diamond and a setting for my daughter. Suzanne listened carefully to what he wanted. She very patiently explained how the process worked from choosing a diamond to choosing a setting to sizing and care. She explained all the things that jewelers know but young men don't like GIA certification, color vs. clarity, etc. She explained why one might choose white gold or platinum. She explained what 80% of the buyers do which was helpful. She always gave her opinion when asked. She simplifies everything so the process in easy and fun. She gets a sense of the bride and what would suit her. Suzanne made the whole experience so special for my new son-in-law and for me. Welling and Co. has been around for a long time. They offer yearly check-ups on the ring to make sure the diamond and setting is secure and steam cleaning. You will not go wrong with Suzanne and Welling and Co.

My wife and I originally had purchased her engagement ring in pieces (the main stone, head and mount were all bought individually) to create something unique - but the original jeweler turned out to be sub-par. The quality of the final product was so bad that we actually lost a side stone within about 4 hrs of my proposal. She loved the ring so much but for 3 years she had to regularly give up wearing it for weeks at a time when it needed a repair.nnFinally, we found Welling and Co. They worked with us to completely rebuild her ring using our original stones and vision. The service was second-to-none and the pricing was fantastic. Daniel, the designer we worked with, answered all our questions honestly and patiently listened as we focused in on every detail. Now we have the ring of our dreams and my wife couldn't be happier with the result. Can't recommend Welling and Co highly enough!
