Sonic Boom is an awesome place to train. My whole family has taken classes here. The trainers are super knowledgeable, the place and equipment are clean enough to eat off of, and the atmosphere is friendly and professional. I can’t recommend enough!
From the moment you step in the gym, you’re treated as part of the family. There aren’t any cliques from the members or even better, from the coaches and staff. Everyone is there to help everyone live a healthier and happier life. All friendly functional fitness lovers are welcome!
The coaching is personal and fun! Clearly a lot of effort goes into planning workouts that make you feel good when you leave. Friendly atmosphere with a great support network of other people working out with you.
Dropped into the gym while in town. I needed to complete an open workout. Shane was very accommodating! Very nice facility!
Shane has done a great job working with my daughter. Her foot skills, confidence, and overall athleticism has improved tremendously and it shows on the field.
