The Neptune Society provided excellent guidance and assistance to properly navigate the passing of my loved one. As I had no experience with this - just having someone to trust and help me through this was appreciated beyond what words can properly convey. Although a hole remains in my life, because of the help that the Neptune Society provided to me, I was able to pick myself up and get on with putting my pieces back together.
No issues. Neptune worked with the prepaid arrangements we had through an out of state vendor without issue. There were two tiny glitches with communication but nothing that was a problem or caused any concerns. I would use Neptune in the future if the need arose.
Mike has been a great support, help and very responsive to inquiries throughout the process. Highly recommend him.
