Had a package sent here to be delivered on 11/07/2020, STILL nowhere to be found. No tracking, NOTHING. SERIOUSLY? Clearly I’m not the only who’s had this happen! What kind of worthless establishment...you deserve to be shut down.
packages of mine have sat here for days and days on end. I’ve called them, they’ve responded, but were very quick to end the call. It’s like they know what I was going to say. I’mnnot sure what goes on here but it definitely isn’t working.
Still no updates on my package was supposed to be here then 17th, still hasn't left their facility and its then 19th.
My experience at this post office was excellent. The gentleman that was working on Friday May 15, 2020 was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. As I was waiting at the window, I overheard a conversation he was having with a customer on the phone that clearly was upset about a package that was delayed. He was very empathetic & complimentary toward her as he was doing his best reassuring her that her package would arrive. With lots of postal employees not working due to Covid-19, the post office is doing their best to keep things moving. I appreciate their efforts & their excellent service. I would highly recommend this post office. It is also super easy to get in and out of the parking lot.
Have used this post office for years, always a good experience. Staff is very helpful and kind. Thank You Jenna and co-workers
