Would not recommend this gym to anyone. It is dirty, they don't clean the bathrooms regularly, there is never toilet paper. The managers are only there from 10 to 3 and you must speak with them in order to cancel your membership

Place is a scam. I tried to cancel my subscription and they wouldn’t. had to dispute the charges with my bank to try and get them to stop charging me. Even then they continued to try and charge me after I won the dispute and got reimbursed!!

This place is terrible!!! They charged me 70$ one month the next 50 the month after that 30 and made sorry excuses to why they were charging so much when my membership was only 10$ a month. They gave me an extremely hard time on getting my money back. When I tried to cancel the membership they wouldn't let me. Made a bunch of excuses on the manager needing to be there and the manager is NEVER in from what they say. It's been two months. They DON'T clean the bathrooms are a nasty mess! Wouldn't recommend!!

Dirty gym. Thieves going thru lockers. And yes people, they literally steal your money and don't do anything about it. They charged me almost $300 for personal training that I never signed up for. After the second time they did that in a week my bank got them for fraud and refunded my money. Eventually just switched my card and bank account info and never went back.

Their cancellation policy is so backwards and minimal that it almost forces you to keep being charged or cancel your card.They have no care to cancel your membership and put forth little effort to help and conveniently always “booked up for appointments” constantly.The fact that I can’t even physically go in with my ID and debit card is outrageous to me.I work too much and am too busy from 9-10 everyday and have a child.So going in at their specific and short range of time isn’t plausible and I’m not writing a letter. I have other responsibilities to tend to along with the little rest I get.
