Fresh Thyme Market

Great grocery. Nest, clean, fine looking meat and produce. Unusual, interesting items. Staff went out of way to walk me across store to item I wanted. We'll go back as soon as possible.

No longer carrying many things that we used to come for. May not be back for a while. It's a very long trip from where I live.

Closer to home than Worthington but they are not as clean there, staff is not as friendly anymore, seem to have management problems still. Overall a decent place to shop, less crowds, etc.

Good food, the fresh made Pizzas and Sandwichs are fire.

The Worthington store is FAR better than this store!nI only have come to this location because it's right by my new place but I won't be coming here anymore - I have never been pleased with what I've experienced here.nA) Understaffed - typically only 1 or 2 lanes are ever open, usually just 1 at busy times such as 5 - 7 PMnnB) I've seen the same customer on 2 different occasions - she goes through open produce bags (apples / green beans) with her bare hands, literally up to her elbows and picks what she wants then throws what she doesn't want back into another bag for someone else to take!!!nBoth times, there was an employee right there who never even noticed.nI had to notify one employee the first time & tried to find a manager the next time but couldn't.nThe store employees need to be aware of her & they need to keep her from doing this!nI know I may sound like such a Karen but this behavior is incredibly bad during a pandemic.n(Even the staff here wears gloves when handling produce *A+)nIt's just about being mindful of others - I always throw a bag over my hand when getting produce.nThis customer either doesn't know any better or she just doesn't care.nThat would never fly in the Worthington location as management (who is almost always on the floor interacting with customers) or another employee would notice in a heartbeat.nnC) Items are often poorly stocked & close to the expiration datennD) Staff is not very friendly, with the exception of 1 guy - a shorter gentleman with short, reddish blonde hair - he's very nice & always says hello but no one else there seems to care one bit about customer service.nnGoing to the Worthington location is a pleasure, it's a bit out of my way now but it beats going here!
