Super friendly people from the front desk, to the nurses and also Dr Graham. Professionalism and attention to detail made me feel listened to and pampered. I am enjoying the treatments I signed up for and I'm looking forward to an enhanced summer look from head to toe, inside and out. I've already learned a ton and know that I can keep up with aging on my terms with the help and guidance from Solutions.

After suffering vertigo for several days I was able to speak to an actual person (which is HUGE!) and they were able to provide services within the hour. From the moment I walked through the door it was a welcoming relaxed environment. I encountered 3 employees: the front desk, RN, and one of the physicians. They not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. I look forward to coming back and enjoying more IV’s. Thank you!

The environment was relaxing and inviting! First visits can be SO intimidating, and they made me feel calm and comfortable right away.nnIt was clear that Dr. Graham was focused on what I needed, and on my whole face (not just the spot that was bothering me). Just talking to her made me feel confident.nnUnlike some places I’ve visited, I was part of the process during the entire appointment. She asked what I wanted, gave me some suggestions and options, and explained what she was doing every step of the way. When I left the office, I felt so pleased with my choice. No question! Such a positive experience!!!nnI highly recommend that you check them out!!!

I had the pleasure of visiting Solutions IV Boutique and Medispa in early May. My experience exceeded my expectations in quality, professionalism, and it provided a welcoming atmosphere. The lobby was modern and clean and the procedure room was well organized and classy. Danielle took great care and concern catering to my specific needs. I've gone quite a few places for these services and have seen a wide variety of quality. In the past I've had to shop around to find a good provider. I moved to Columbus area and found this medspa right away. It was great luck I found them so quickly!! They are very professional and thorough, good product, good work. Didn't over or under use. They have a 2 week follow up appointment. The owner seems very organized and to care about customers. Very happy, I'll be back for sure.
