This experience was horrible. Started at the concessions. Ordered hot food and it was cold and disgusting. Popcorn was old and stale. The drink machine was basically out of everything. Asked an employee if he could fix the machine or add more options and he said he was too busy. $80 on horrible food and drinks that we settled on and didn't even want. The actual theater was dirty and the seats were covered in duct tape. For over $100 experience this was terrible. Would have been better off and cheaper to watch it at home. Will definitely not be back.
Me and my party had an amazing time! The seats were perfect, and the food was great! We will definitely revisit!
They need to repair the vinyl on some of the recliners! It is not pleasant to sit on nor is it appealing to look at!nAlso, keeping the theaters free of popcorn on the seats and floor would also be appealing when you go in to take a seat and see that not all of the popcorn was removed!
Comfy recliner seating, and cozy theaters. Full concessions, and a bar for adults. (The bar looked closed on our most recent visit, but most likely will open again). This is one of the nicest places to see a movie around Columbus.
Great experience renting out an entire theater for a group (and Covid restrictions). We rented for our family and my wife’s sister and brothers family and her mom. It worked out great and was reasonably priced. Comfortable theater and good movie food.
