Jim with Powell Jewelers did a fabulous job redesigning my ring. Not only was the work done in a timely fashion, but also expertly. When Jim’s Sales Associate Paula, a gem herself, showed me my new and improved ring, I got goosebumps. Powell Jewelers is great. Jimmie and Paula go out of their way to show they care and stand behind their work. Recently had my wife’s diamond replaced and ring repaired and it was beautiful. A couple months later the repair failed. They redid the repair free of charge and had the ring back in less than a week. Won’t go anywhere else!
