Only place I trust with my clothes 100% perfect 100% of the time
I've been using them for about two years, and they are amazing. The staff is terrific, they are so polite and professional. They always fix my shirts free of charge. Whenever I needed to drop off an item in the morning and needed a quick turn around, they have done that for me. I refuse to go else anywhere else because they go above and beyond. If you're looking for a great dry cleaner with fair prices and excellent service, this is your spot. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
Had an old embroidered silk pillow to have cleaned. Would have been better off cleaning it myself. Came back extremely damaged. If you have something delicate ask questions before leaving it, not sure where the work was done or what the washing process was. If I had been smart I should have done it myself. Thinking that a cleaner would be more knowledgeable and careful is not a fact. Not the first time I've run into problems here. The pillow is in the trash and can never be replaced. I am getting my money back for the cleaning charge but it doesn't in anyway compensate the loss. No longer a customer.
So far so good - 1st test of the service Wednesday 24th!! Jim has been VERY responsive to calls/questions. More to follow!!!
