The team at Ohio Cryo is amazing, especially Jacky and Tory. Both of them talk you through the services what the benefits are, how to get the most out of your services, and just enjoyable to chat with.nnThe offerings that Ohio Cryo has is always expanding, and they're clearly the best out there in everything they do. Huge fan of the Endospheres with Jacky and facials with Tory.nnHighly recommend checking out Ohio Cryo!

I went with my wife yesterday and it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The process was thoroughly explained and I had a full level of comfort.

I had really been liking the treatments. Unfortunately, they aren’t up front on how to use the packages they offer. I have a membership then added on a 10 pack for a particular treatment. The treatments automatically come out of your membership first. It’s confusing and had I known how it worked I wouldn’t have bought an additional 10 treatment package. On another day I had scheduled a treatment, when I arrived another person was using that treatment and continued to for a full 30 minutes taking my appointment time. Luckily, I was able to stay for an additional half hour so I could do it. I also often walk in and no one is at the front desk. I’ve had to wait 5 minutes before someone finally checks me in. I’ll probably continue but think the business could use better customer service and communication. We will see how it goes.
