I don't know why everyone is badmouthing this place. I went here for the first time and innmy eyes it's close to where I live and convenient. Just, because it's bent out of shape it's a place to get laundry done. I told my neighbors about it and they said it's closer than the others and very convenient. The owners who work here are very nice people. They keep it cleaned and maintained!

This place is awful my dryer died and my clothes were already washed the nasty rude woman there would not allow me to dry my clothes although I explained the situation she said if I did not use their washers I could not use their dryers and yes folks this was WAY before Covid outbreak I will NEVER go there again nor recommend them. Also their machines often eat your money there are hardly ever attendants and their change machine is often broken dont get the nasty owner very bad experience

The prices are cheaper than other laundromats in Marlborough but not worth it... This place has become a dump! For past 2 years this place has gone downhill.. The sealing in the laundromat has been leaking and falling on the ground inside and the floors are wet with brown liquid... it is disgusting and unsafe incase a piece of sealing falls on someone... In the past 2 years there have been no repairs and seems to get worse and owners don’t seem to care. Also, there is black mold on all the machines, a lot of the machines stop working in the middle of uses and there in no one ever supervising the place for refunds when it happens. After many years of being a customer here I am disappointed and will be going to another laundromat.
