Experience was not great when my grandmother was there. It was hard to get into to contact with them because they rarely answered the phone, and when we did talk to people they could not give us any information, the phone in her room did not work for the 4 weeks that she was there, which was extremely irritating since we weren’t able to go in due to COVID. On top of all of this they lost her glasses within a week of her getting there, and never found them. Towards the end up her stay we found out that she started to develop bed sores. They touted having 1 nurse per 5 patients; however, many times when we visited there was only 1 nurse going in between two or there buildings. Please don’t send your loved ones there, we regret sending my grandmother there. Would not recommend, very disappointed with the experience.

Our family has been extremely satisfied with this facility. We realize that no place is perfect but feel the care our family member is getting is very good. The staff and management team have been accessible and the correspondence from them is timely and pertinent. The small house concept is ideal for the needs for our loved one at this time.

Terrible facility, miserable communication. Impossible to contact anyone there for updates on family members. Had a family member that fell out of bed and laid on the ground for hours yelling for someone. She finally got her phone and called her daughter who had to call 911 for someone to finally come in and help. A place like this should not be in business.

The worst place to put your loved one. If you cannot provide good care find a different profession please! Rarely answers the phone, not knowledgeable in what is going on with their own residents and ignores the residents. It should be illegal for places like this to be open while not providing good care. I honestly think the 5 star reviews are fake or from someone that has a loved one that can care for themselves. This place is above the national average for allowing residents to get pressure sores and below the national average for rehabilitation services. Look on the government site for medicare/medicaid and this place has an average of 2 stars.

I would not recommend this place. Do not be fooled by how nice it looks. The staff except for 2 are very inattentive to the patient. The weekend staff is the worst except for 1. Very disappointed.
