Loved it when Dr. Lafon was still here. Never had an issue. I went back and received less than satisfactory service. Not only this, but I’m being charged an awful lot for someone who has insurance and kept getting calls about verifying that my visit was accident related since the office had given my medical insurance my car insurance information. Not sure how or why since I never provided that information nor was I visiting for an accident related injury. It was a general checkup. Will be looking for a different doctor.

I would not be here with my children if it wasn't for Dr. LaFon, she listened to me describe my symptoms and ran the tests needed to diagnose me instead of just dismissing what I was telling her. I am so thankful for her. She truly cares and is compassionate.

Dr Lafon is very caring and takes all the time you need to ask questions and she will answer very thoroughly. I have always been happy with my visits because she is one doctor that truly cares, and that is incredibly hard to find nowadays. Before leaving any awful reviews about this office keep in mind that the wait time is because she accepts walk ins. You will be seen immediately if you make an appointment.

We have been seeing Dr LaFon since the mid 80’s. She is amazing. Not only is she knowledgeable but she makes excellent referrals when needed. You could not find a more caring doctor. We now live in Ruidoso and still make the drive to Cruces for care.

I took my partner there today, since he remembered going to her as a kiddo. The staff were light hearted and funny. The doctor was patient and kind, asking quite a few questions and gave a full physical assessment. We were a walk-in and I don't think we waited more than thirty minutes total. I know that was probably a stroke of luck on the wait time, but we wouldn't mind a wait if there was one in the future. Overall, it was a lovely experience.
