I come here to help my depression and anxiety, and this place is wonderful. I love the atmosphere, very welcoming and home like. They have beautiful house plants in the waiting room. I would recommend this place if your looking for a counselor, that legitimately cares, and doesn’t push anti depressents.
Beautiful yoga space. I took Cassie’s Gentle/Hatha and it was excellent.
I go to Renew Wellness for counseling to work on my depression and anxiety. I have been pleasantly surprised with how comfortable and welcomed I feel every time I step through those doors. Everyone is very warm, friendly, and helpful. I have also taken advantage of the yoga classes, which is a new experience for me! The gentle class is at a pace I can keep up with and the teachers give me tips on how to do poses where I don't strain my bad back. Overall, very happy with my experience at Renew and would recommend it to anyone.
Sadly owner is narcissist in woo clothing. Bummer.
