I have always worked out off and on through out my life, but I have never enjoyed a workout so much! The classes are fun and always changing so they keep you interested. They can also be modified for all levels. The instructors are very helpful and caring and want everyone to succeed. I wish I would have found Jazzercise and the Gahanna group of wonderful ladies years ago.
