Place clean, staff is awesome. Everyone seems nice and the facility has equipment I’ve never seen. The Gym, (love the name) - has platforms for deadlifts and barbell lifting as well turf to push sleds on. Plus it has a great welcoming feel.nnThis is definitely a hidden gem. One of the best facilities I have been to, first class all the way from the operations to cleanness to equipment.nnIf you’re into fitness it’s worth getting a day pass, you will not regret it. ud83dudcaaud83cudffe
******WARNING****** ‼ufe0fnnJoin at your own risk!!!nnThe gym itself is great! The equipment is well maintained and up to date. However, it is the staff that has been absolute TRASH.nnI cancelled my membership middle of LAST YEAR and yup, you guessed it....I’m still being charged a membership fee. Like many of the other reviews I too have been given the run around as they try to “resolve” the issue.nnA couple days ago they tried to charge my account $287 for a membership I don’t even have or plan to ever get back. I don’t know about you, but I don’t have that extra money laying around especially during these times.nnIt’s very upsetting because like I said the gym itself is great, but they are running a very shady operation indeed.

I have being going to this gym for 6+ years and have see it’s up and down and transformation with a new owner and name change. Which I would like to add have all been for the better. Since new ownership I have noticed previous complaints are getting fixed/ upgraded. Old equipment getting fixed plus new equipment(a lot I don’t see at other gyms). The gym(also now called the gym) which I love the play on words, has recently rebranded and has a whole new makeover with new lighting, mural, paint etc. I love the equipment and layout and think it sets itself apart from the rest of the gyms around town. I am a happy customer and gym goer and will be here for a long time
This gym was previously called Nextlevel, the location was ideal and convenient being close to where I live, the gym has all that you need. Unfortunately the owner is very unprofessional in how he handled the closing of the gym during the forced closing due to the pandemic, I was charged my membership fee even when the gym was closed, I sent an email to the owner regarding this was told that they are working with members to resolve this issue, well I was never contacted by phone or email regarding refunds of any kind I was never offered a refund, when I sent an email requesting a refund I heard nothing back, I called requesting a refund was told I could get one if I requested during a certain time frame, so I went in with my email as proof that I made a request during that time frame. I then heard nothing back I called again and was told it had to be sent to corporate and I would get a call back, well you guessed once again no call! I called again this time was told I would get a credit for that time and of course no refund offered! Bad business all around they gave me the run around never called me to get this issue resolved, should have suspended memberships while the business was closed, I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS GYM TO ANYONE!!!
