I sincerely cannot believe the patience and kindness these folks extended to us when my brother died unexpectedly this year — the young woman from Day who helped my inconsolable mother took on the role of both grief counselor and friend. I was starting to get very bitter taste for funeral homes, based on what I felt were predatory and cold sales tactics during the most emotionally vulnerable time in most people’s lives, but you guys totally changed my mind. I can’t thank you enough.

Our company was hired to provide a Horse Drawn Hearse for a family the Day Funeral Home was providing services for. I delt with Funeral Director Rae Anderson a few different times on phone calls to arrange our service. This was our first time working with this Funeral Home. We could not have delt with a more professional and caring individual to make sure the family had their final request handeld for their loved one. We had more of the great service working with them on the day of the service. We purchased a casket from this company and were very dismayed when we found that the casket was made in CHINA! The workmanship was extremely shoddy for the inside and the handles were cheap and unsubstantial. We would NEVER purchase anything from this company again and would warn any future consumers.....BUYER BEWARE.
