Constantly getting mail for exact number but different road. I often wander how much of my mail they (the other road) are receiving. I ordered a package that they attempted? to deliver. My drive has been clear now for 2 days & have yet to receive it. I must mention that I have received other packages from Amazon on these days. My driveway wasn't a problem for them.
John went above and beyond on an issue I was having on my end, not theirs. I have also had to pick up livestock and they were great about keeping my new chicks warm. They called me to let me know they were in instead of just dropping them. Love this PO. Small town feeling with exceptional customer service.
Seems like they have been improving.
This little gem! Thank you, for holding my Turkeys when they came in and being persistent calling me to let me know they were in. This was 2 years ago, but I thought I would mention it.... The other day was just as wonderful. The PO had just closed on a Saturday and I had raced over to grab my mail. My father had put the entire households mail on hold for his 10day vacation. The problem was, I was expecting a letter. The PO unlocked the already closed door and still took the time to get me my mail. They have always been a great little PO.
My mail was incorrectly delivered to the wrong address by a mail carrier to 1845 Spruce Drive, and the mail carrier during the delivery was talking on her cell phone.nThis happened on 11/4/2017. I have been calling the main street post office about 4 or 5 times about this issue but given word that the carrier will go by and check addresses rangingnFrom 1870 to about 1877 Spruce or Pine Dr.nIf the carrier has not located it by now it was probably stolen, thanks to the negligence of the mail carrier. Now I'm out my package and since I ordered from EBay, I cannot get a refund or replacement.nAbsolutely unprofessional in this issue.nNot looking good on your end at all.
