Bright lights on my trailer did not work 3 hrs later they said they were fixed got on the interstate a truck behind me said I had no break lights I've had this penske truck at 3 different shop still no break light's penske shops such I pay 700 dollars a week for this truck
Very clean area,the procedures to getting your Tractor Service remarkable.
Terrible, waited 20 minutes to get DEF and nobody came out to the pumps. Gave up and left without DEF.

People were very friendly, but ends there. Had to have a 26ft with lift gate. Was set up days ahead. 1st truck, check engine light, so couldn't have that one. One we got, 270k miles and handled rough. Unbalanced tire issue, 45mph and front end and steering wheel shook like a carnival ride. Had to make due as we were on a time commitment. Called it in, told we could bring back to shop, we were already loaded. Got back at midnight to find that key drop box was not secured, which I had noted before we had left, was told it would be secured at night. Videoed myself dropping off keys for documentation.
