Where to start....I arrived at 05:30est for a 06:00est Feb 21,2021 appointment time. It is now 18:10est. The gentleman at the window said it is not his problem it's a dock issue. Looks like if you're a forward air driver there's no problem to get loaded or unloaded. The last time I went to go check on the status of my trailer I stood in front of the window while the gentleman at the window played with his phone and his partner trying to avoid looking at me. If you're not a forward air driver do not take this run. It is not worth it.
don’t Came here i drop tralier yesterday 9:30 pm now 12:00 noon and they even not start unloading broker not pick up my call at receiving they very rude don’t pick up for here
