Where to start....I arrived at 05:30est for a 06:00est Feb 21,2021 appointment time. It is now 18:10est. The gentleman at the window said it is not his problem it a dock issue. Looks like if you're a forward air driver there's no problem to get loaded or unloaded. The last time I went to go check on the status of my trailer I stood in front of the window while the gentleman at the window played with his phone and his partner trying to avoid looking at me. If you're not a forward air driver do not take this run. It is not worth it.

I am an LTL contractor here. Great customer service when it comes to the contractor support team and dispatch. Though office folks are relatively difficult to contact its ok. It's not often you need to talk to them. Hopefully I can expand my business behind LTL services here.
