I have taken dance classes with three other teachers and yoga classes with a million other teachers, and Angie is THE BEST teacher I have had. Her teaching style is so friendly and encouraging and makes you feel like you really can learn to do anything with your body, no matter where you're starting. She is clearly very knowledgeable, but in a way that inspires confidence that you're in good hands rather than making you feel overwhelmed or like she's trying to show off how much she knows. I also love how much she knows about music and how open she is to learning about the cultures of these practices. I can't wait for covid to be over so I can actually get into the studio!
I’ve been doing yoga almost my entire life. It wasn’t until I found Angie that I truly felt connected to my practice and had the tools to make it my own. I am thrilled Angie has her own studio where she can teach her dance and yoga and infuse it all with her special touch. This is an experience not to be missed.
Where Angie goes, I will follow! This new studio is great. Plenty of parking, natural light, and overhead fans. More importantly, the community of yogis is kind and quirky and welcoming and fun. Each week I look around at the room and feel grateful to be in the community. Our fearless, joyful, wise teacher Angie make us feel safe and challenged at the same time.
