I HATE that the ice cream & milk shake machines are ALWAYS NEVER WORKING!!! What is up with that! Never sit in line too long considering the amount of cars in front of me. (&Probably because the fact that their milk shake/ice cream machines are Always down)The people work here are very nice (8:00crew)at the window service was great! I rather go to this McDonald's than most others while I'm out n about. Unless I'm needing to order the kids shakes or my mocha frappes... Then I decide the extra drive to go elsewhere.

I stopped by this location to pick up an order for a delivery. Yes, my wait was extensive and yes, it affected my delivery. It was early Sunday afternoon and they were slammed. There were 2 lines inside, a drive thru so busy there seemed no end in sight then add the drivers for Door Dash, Grub Hub and so on. The staff was made up of mostly young people, many who may call this their first job experience. The staff was working as diligently as they could but nothing could excuse the horrid behavior by the customers in that restaurant. I was embarassed to be in that over 50 crowd. Never have I seen such disrespect and anger vented towards these employees who were working as fast and efficiently as they could to accommodate the plethora of orders they had. No person should ever have to endure such treatment from a customer. There should have been some grace extended as it was so evident chaos was coming at them from all sides. To the franchise owner I would encourage you to talk to your staff and applaud them for their efforts under such difficult circumstances. They deserve praise.
