Worst customer service I've ever gotten at a food place. Started off being rude over the speaker. Second got our order wrong at window tried to get us to pay for another order. Then after we repeated everything we ordered at pay window they screwed our whole order up still. They completely missed our third meal which meant someone had to go without food until later because we were on a time limit. They only gave us 1 sweet tea the other 2 were unsweetened even though on receipt they rang all up as sweet. Chicken sandwich was burnt too. At pick up window as we were informing him our order was wrong he didn't offer to fix it at the window or even have us pull up and fix it he straight said guess you better pull back through and re order. That's not the proper way to handle that at all he could have done it there. This place will never get another penny from me it was a disgrace to food and customer service. Very unprofessional wish I could rate less than one. If they hate their jobs so bad it affects their customer service they need to quit if it wasn't for the customers they wouldn't have a job in the first place.

Its normally one of the best to go to around here but this time around the service was horrid, hard to even get your order taken because there was only one person taking orders.

The girl who took my order was rude and she was snappy and sounded annoyed that I was ordering food. I ordered a 6 piece nugget w/ ranch, a large fry & large sweet tea. I got rang up for a 10pc a small fry A large sprite , and a large sweet tea. Didn’t get my ranch, got 9/10 nuggets and an undercooked half full container of fries

Best McDonald's location in the area. Always seems to be made fast and fresh. No bad attitudes like a lot of chains nearby. If your staff is as good as this, keep them happy because other nearby McDonald's are terrible and it's the staff that makes all the difference
