Gas station here is fine but the car wash is AWFUL! It left spots all over our car along with a few scratches. Go to Pro Clean down the street, the washes there don’t leave scratches or spots.
Right off of 495 and you can get right back in on either direction pretty easily. Car wash and air available. Good prices usually too. Dunkin inside if you need a caffeine fix.
Was there the other day to fill up and get a car wash, and I paid for both at the pump. I did something stupid and drove off without actually getting the car washed. I only realized my mistake when I got home to CT. I called today and spoke to Adam about any possible refund or other solution. He explained that he would need the receipt and card in person for a refund, which was not an option for me but I understood. He went on to say that if I could find a shell carwash near me, he would call the owner explain the situation and try to get me a car wash over there instead. That's really going the extra mile in my opinion. Great customer service!
Relatively clean restrooms.
Refused to refund my money when my standard size F-150 wouldn't fit in the car wash. Offered no help at all.
