These Guys are AWESOME, very Professional, great customer service either over the phone or in person. No upcharge for using USPS Flat Fate Boxes. Was trying to get there before they closed and was stuck in traffic. Got there today at 5:48. Doors were locked and sign stated a close time of 6:00pm. I dont like walking into places last minute but this was a rarity for me and still made it here with at more than 10mins to spare and there was no one in there. :(
HANDS DOWN the best place for shipping. I ship a lot of larger automotive parts and they never have any problem making a custom box and safely packaging up my expensive parts. Any time someone receives a package they always compliment me on my packaging, ensuring what i'm shipping arrives safe. Austin and the guys are always super friendly make me look good to my customers! They shop all carriers and give me the option to choose how fast i'd like to get it there, or if i'd prefer the cheapest option. Give these guys a shot, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! 6 out of 5 stars!
