My experience at Zales was nothing less than great! It was very easy to communicate what I wanted. Ethan was able to easily find me the perfect ring for my engagement, right within my budget too! The employees were very polite and they seem to really know their products well, as they were quick to find the ring to my specifications. I highly recommend this location no doubt, and I'll continue giving them my services!

Such nice and friendly faces !! I came in to find something for my mother who is SEVERELY allergic to nickel and had to get rid of more than half of her jewelry because of it! Christian definitely went the extra mile to help me find just the piece for her that she could wear!! Definitely will be returning and will be recommending everyone I know to do so!

My husband was really stressing about finding my matching band to my engagement ring and was STRUGGLING. We couldn’t get help from Jared and Kay. He was determined and was ready to get a custom. We decided to try one more time and stopped in at Zales! Thankfully we were greeted by a salesman named Christian. He took total charge and acted quickly on our situation. The very next day we received my other matching band. Highly recommend, the other staff were so polite and I can say I’ll be going back to this location.

Great customer service! I went here to get a bracelet for my mother's birthday and was super impressed with the helpfulness of the associates! I definitely recommend a visit for anyone shopping around for a special gift!

Zales always has a great selection! Christian is wonderful, attentive, and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone in the Cincinnati area!
